Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CloudPoultry, a cloud-based poultry farm management and ERP service operated by Shree Chintamani Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

CloudPoultry provides web-based software for managing poultry farm operations, including flock and batch records, egg collection, feed mill production, inventory, dispatch and invoicing, payroll and accounting. The service is delivered over the internet; you are responsible for your own internet access and devices.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. User seats are licensed per your chosen plan and may not be shared between individuals. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Plans, trial and billing

We offer a 30-day free trial and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for each subscription period through our payment processor. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future periods. Applicable taxes are additional where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the farm and business data you enter into CloudPoultry. You grant us the limited right to host, process and back up that data solely to operate the service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you put into the service, and for the accuracy of records you maintain in it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement, or place loads on the platform that degrade it for other customers.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures and events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime. Support is provided by email and phone during business hours, Monday to Saturday.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you may request an export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

CloudPoultry is a record-keeping and reporting tool. Figures it produces, including feed conversion, production and financial reports, depend on the data you enter. It does not constitute veterinary, nutritional, accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for decisions taken using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
