This policy explains what data CloudPoultry collects, why, and what control you have over it. CloudPoultry is operated by Shree Chintamani Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, business or farm name, email address, phone number and billing details. Farm and business data you enter: flock and batch records, egg production, feed usage, inventory, customers, suppliers, employees, invoices and related documents you upload. Technical data generated automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, collected through server logs and analytics.

Why we use it

To provide and operate the service, authenticate you, generate the reports you ask for, process subscription payments, provide support, send service and billing notices, detect misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your farm data with other customers.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to run the service, including a payment processor for subscription payments (card and other payment details are handled by the processor, not stored by us), cloud hosting and email delivery providers, and web analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We use web analytics to understand how the site and application are used in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser, but signed-in areas of the application will not work without session cookies.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to authorised personnel. Connections are encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and access to the application requires authentication. We keep your account and farm data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for a limited wind-down period so you can request an export or reactivate, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can access and correct most of your data directly in the application. You can also ask us to export your data, correct information we hold, delete your account and associated data (subject to records we must keep by law), or stop non-essential emails. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

CloudPoultry is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application, and the "last updated" date above will change.
